Responsibilities
• Serve as Clinical Operations Expert across PSI opportunities
• Provide oversight to ensure clinical accuracy, alignment with best practices, and evidence-based recommendations
• Function as rural health subject matter expert, helping design and adapt solutions
• Provide test subject matter expertise to achieve validation of design acceptability criteria
• Support solutioning for program of government customers’ needs in implementing/integrating rural health applications
• Develop, implement and sustain clinical solutions for PSI’s Emerging Technology and Innovation activities
• Serve as Clinical Operations Leader across PSI
• Provide thought leadership to strengthen PSI’s market positioning
• Mentor PSI staff and partners to integrate clinical excellence into operations, development, and delivery models
Requirements
• Masters of Physician Assistant Studies or similar clinical degree
• PA-C, NCCPA Certification or similar
• Doctor of Medical Science or similar
• Knowledge of commercial and military healthcare delivery systems and networks
• Knowledge of government information assurance, policy, and regulatory requirements
• Knowledge of and experience in executive medicine, acute care, occupational health, travel medicine, and readiness support
• 20+ years’ experience in civilian healthcare, the Military Health System, Army and Army National Guard medicine, and rural care delivery.
