You will lead on the basis of clear objectives: • Develop and implement growth strategies, • Build high-performance teams, • Forge powerful partnerships that accelerate our mission: to empower farmers through sustainable and profitable innovation.

Your missions • Create and lead a dynamic business development strategy. • Inspire and coordinate a team of business developers and agronomic technical consultants in several regions. • Identify, initiate and develop new market opportunities. • Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with agricultural retailers, co-operatives and key industry players. • Collaborate with product, marketing, and global teams to drive innovation. • Manage regional and national P&L responsibilities, ensuring sustainable and profitable growth. • Represent the company at high-level industry events, conferences, and strategy meetings.

Your contributions • A strong background in agriculture, with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing today's farmers. • A visionary and entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to turn ideas into actions and strategy into results. • Master's level, expertise developed over at least 7 years in business development and the establishment of strategic partnerships. • The ability to lead and unite teams and stakeholders around ambitious and complex projects. • In addition to German, given the international scope of our operations at TIMAC AGRO, strong proficiency in English is required.
