Coordinate with Patient Support, Integrated Marketing, and Customer Engagement to ensure seamless execution. Partner with Payer, Pricing, and Channel Strategy to ensure accurate annual forecasts. Communicate access opportunities/challenges to Executive Leadership. Work with Legal, Compliance, Brand, and Marketing to implement compliant tactics.
Manage NVS Material Approval Process (including FUSE, pharma/FDA marketing policies, vendor payment systems). Oversee critical market research and go-to-market principles. Manage multiple budgets/deliverables and run interim project read-outs for cross-functional alignment.
Essential Requirements / Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/Health Policy or equivalent preferred. 7+ years in pharmaceutical Marketing/Sales, Market Access, or Managed Care Finance. Strong knowledge of US healthcare dynamics and pharmaceutical value drivers. Proven execution track record; ability to synthesize complex market dynamics.
