As Sales Transformation & Strategic Initiatives Lead , you will play a key role in driving execution, alignment, and decision quality across the Sales organisation.
You will support leadership decision-making on highly visible and business-critical topics while gaining direct exposure to executive thinking, commercial strategy, and organizational leadership.
Driving strategic and business-critical initiatives across the Sales organisation Supporting leadership planning cycles, including target setting, business priorities, and budgeting discussions Supporting leadership preparation, alignment, and effective management of business-critical topics Supporting decision-making through structured analysis and executive-ready communication Several years of experience in Strategy, Business Management, Consulting, Commercial Operations, or a similar business-critical environment Fluent in German and English Experience in Sales, Commercial, Marketplace, or high-growth tech
