What You Will Do • Staff and maintain hardware & Mechanic domain teams to support projects & Products worldwide. • Responsible for the strategic resource balancing of the hardware teams within the Projects • Responsible for department Budget & Business Case plan which are relevant. • Manage and staff for the long-term support for Projects & Products • Drive innovation, new technology and patent creation across all Project teams • Drive HARMAN’s technical process and procedures, ensuring they are industry leading. • Responsible for career growth and technical skills enhancements for all staff. • Responsible for adherence to all HARMAN development processes to deliver the projects, on-time, on-quality, and within budget. • Responsible for RFQ/RFI HW/ME design and BoM, support customer meetings & presentation for technical context. • Share experts expertise with HW/ME Eng.

Team in Asia & NA and other SBUs.
