In this newly created key leadership role, you will shape the development of a globally aligned quality organization and support sustainable international growth.
Together with our manufacturing sites around the world, you will establish global quality standards, drive the digital transformation of our quality organization and ensure consistently high product quality across our international operations.
You will establish a unified quality framework across our international manufacturing sites and align them around shared quality objectives. By harmonizing quality systems, processes and standards, you will build a scalable organization that supports international growth and the successful integration of newly acquired sites.
Digitalization: You will drive the digital transformation of our quality management processes by implementing modern Quality Management Systems (QMS) and data-driven performance management tools, increasing transparency, efficiency and operational Strategy: As Director Global Quality (m/f/d), you will define and drive the global quality strategy for our Thermal Solutions Business Unit.
