Your responsibilities Lead and continuously develop our Global PMO while actively contributing to project executionPersonally take ownership of critical customer and development projects whenever additional leadership is neededLead, develop and support Project Managers in their day-to-day workBuild practical PMO methodologies, standards, tools and KPIs and reporting that simplify execution rather than create bureaucracyManage and prioritize the global project portfolio together with the leadership teamSupport resource planning and capacity management across functionsEnsure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget and quality objectives and manage risks and proactively implement corrective actionsWork side-by-side with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain and Commercial teams to remove roadblocksSupport successful Design Transfer and industrialization activities together with OperationsAct as a trusted partner for our customers throughout the project lifecycleContinuously improve PMO processes, tools and collaboration across the organization What you bring Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Biotechnology or a related technical disciplineSeveral years of Project or Program Management experience in Medical Devices, IVD or Life SciencesExperience leading multidisciplinary product development projectsExperience developing or improving PMO structures and ways of workingA genuine hands-on mentality and the willingness to actively support teams in operational project workConfidence working in regulated development environmentsStrong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across functions and with customersPMP, IPMA or a comparable certification is a plusTechnical CompetenciesProject & Program ManagementPMO Development & GovernanceMedical Device & IVD Product Development and preferred understanding of BiochemistryDesign Controls (ISO 13485, IVDR, FDA)Risk Management (ISO 14971)Design Transfer & IndustrializationPortfolio & Resource ManagementFinancial Project TrackingCustomer Project ManagementProcess ImprovementFluent English (C1–C2)LRE currently employs more than 230 people.JOIN US.
