Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain financial planning and policies. Establish solid fiscal controls, prepare financial statements, monitor relations with the investment and banking communities, and advise management on financial affairs.

Oversee both short‑ and long‑term financial planning and analysis of business operations to forecast and measure future business performance. Manage the preparation, distribution of all internal and external financial reports, and maintain corporate financial systems.

Configure, maintain, and generate reports from the finance information system, ensuring accuracy and reliability in financial reporting. Facilitate strategic decisions and trade‑offs across the system to assess customer and marketing investment and productivity opportunities by partnering with stakeholders.

Develop valuation models based on research of value drivers, economic environment, cost structures, pricing standards, prospects, and market information. Understand the system revenue performance of the business unit and drive automation.

Lead digitization of finance workflows and processes and design and deploy multi‑dimensional models that leverage a data framework representing single sources of truth across multiple use cases.

Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a relevant field; MBA or equivalent preferred. 5+ years of experience in forecasting, data modeling and visualization, automation, business analytics, and business planning.

Proven expertise in leading operational strategies within finance, managing projects and resources, and strong negotiation and collaboration skills. Experience in project management, change management, process development/improvement, and strong communication skills (storytelling, verbal and written presentation).

Experience with data management methods, analytics deployment and orchestration tools, database and visualization tools for customer‑facing applications. xayajpt Experience synthesizing large, complex data sets from various sources and building machine learning models, data science methods, and analytics.
