You will lead a team of 2-3 product marketers and partner across product, clinical and commercial teams to synthesize market feedback, understand our business buyers and their buying process and shape the go-to-market process.
About you: 10+ years experience in B2B marketing, including 5+ years in Healthcare & Life Sciences (pharma, health plan, PBM, or virtual care/digital health preferred) 3+ years of experience directly managing and developing marketing talent, with a track record of building and leading high performing teams Demonstrated product marketing craft: buyer research and insights, messaging and positioning, GTM planning, product launches, sales enablement, and content marketing Proven ability to deliver high-quality content including presentations, product guides, web Job overview: Omada Health is looking for an experienced product marketing leader to drive strategy across our full cardiometabolic suite - including diabetes, hypertension, prediabetes, weight management, cholesterol and GLP-1 programs - with an emphasis on new products coming to market.
This individual will be a strategic thinker, a skilled storyteller and experienced cross-functional operator. You will own positioning, GTM strategy and sales enablement across all stakeholder audiences serving as the subject matter expert who helps widen the gap between Omada and our competitors and ensures the successful launch of new offerings.
