ODM Partners have been retained exclusively to appoint a senior Asset Manager for an International Infrastructure Investor.

As the platform continues to strengthen its Asset Management capability, it is seeking an experienced operator to work alongside portfolio company management teams, helping to drive operational performance and long-term value creation.

The successful candidate will partner closely with investment professionals and executive teams across a diverse portfolio of infrastructure and infrastructure-related businesses.

The role is focused on delivering practical operational improvements, supporting management teams through business transformation and acting as a trusted adviser throughout the ownership lifecycle.

It offers the opportunity to play a key role within a highly collaborative, international platform where active ownership and operational value creation are central to the investment approach. Key Responsibilities Partner directly with CEOs and senior management teams to identify and deliver operational and commercial improvement initiatives.

Strong track record of partnering with CEOs, executive teams and Boards to identify opportunities, influence decision making and deliver measurable operational outcomes. Commercially minded, collaborative and hands‑on, with the credibility to operate independently and build trusted relationships across management teams and investment professionals.

The firm is well-established with investments across Europe and North America, spanning a range of Infrastructure risk strategies. Lead or support initiatives across operational excellence, organisational effectiveness, commercial performance, CapEx deployment and OpEx optimisation.

Provide hands‑on support during periods of business transformation, organisational change and operational improvement. Work closely with investment professionals to assess business performance and identify opportunities to enhance long‑term value.

Contribute to the continued development of the Asset Management function and broader operational value creation capability. Candidate Profile Right to work in Switzerland / EU citizen.

Approximately 12–20 years' relevant experience in operational leadership, business transformation or value creation within infrastructure or other asset‑intensive businesses.

Demonstrable experience delivering operational improvement across areas such as commercial excellence, operational excellence, organisational effectiveness, CapEx deployment, OpEx optimisation and business transformation, ideally within private equity‑backed environments. Infrastructure experience desirable.
