If you are energized by leading large-scale change, navigating complexity, and turning vision into measurable outcomes, we would love to hear from you. /p h3About The Role /h3 pKey responsibilities: /p ulliLead end-to-end delivery of strategic transformation initiatives, ensuring measurable business impact across AQS. /liliDevelop and maintain integrated transformation roadmaps aligned with strategic priorities and organizational goals. /liliTranslate strategic objectives into executable plans with clear priorities, milestones, and dependencies. /liliEstablish robust governance frameworks to monitor progress, risks, outcomes, and overall program performance. /liliDrive alignment and execution across cross-functional teams, functions, and Development stakeholders. /liliInfluence and lead matrix teams to successfully deliver complex initiatives without direct authority. /liliImplement scalable operating models, processes, and ways of working that enhance organizational performance. /liliChampion change adoption through effective communication, capability building, and stakeholder engagement. /liliProvide data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize execution, prioritization, and transformation outcomes. /liliAct as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on transformation strategy, delivery, and execution excellence. /li /ul h3Essential Requirements /h3 ulliDegree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline. /liliSignificant experience in pharmaceutical research and development, life sciences consulting, or transformation environments. /liliProven success leading large-scale, cross-functional transformation or strategic initiatives. /liliStrong understanding of drug development and the pharmaceutical research and development operating environment. /liliDemonstrated ability to translate complex strategies into executable plans and measurable outcomes. /liliExpertise in program and project management, including planning, governance, execution, and delivery. /liliProven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead effectively within matrix organizations. /liliExcellent analytical, communication, and data-driven decision-making capabilities. /li /ul h3Benefits Rewards /h3 pAt Novartis, we’re committed to reimagining medicine together - and rewarding the people who make it happen. /p pExpected Annual Base Salary Range for role: 142,100.00 - 263,900.00 CHF /p pThe base salary offered is determined based on gender-neutral objectives, such as relevant skills, competencies and experience in accordance with the Novartis pay setting policy and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically. /p pIn addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for a performance-based bonus depending on certain performance parameters. /p pThe rewards of being part of our team go far beyond base pay and incentives.
