What you’ll be doing You will join the company’s Application Engineering & Shared Services Technology group where you will lead a team of Designers & Developers for multiple concurrent projects and initiatives within the bank.

As a Director of Application Development, the role will be managing a team to build a critical enterprise authentication platform for the entire bank and work with full‑time employees and contractors through Waterfall and Agile methodologies.

You’ll work closely with your team to ensure appropriate standards are maintained and that internal processes from requirements analysis to delivery are followed.

How you’ll succeed • Delivery Focused – work closely with internal partners to determine, negotiate and manage projects to the agreed timeline; monitor finances, identify opportunities for improvement and recommend solutions; implement projects on time, of high quality, low cost and on budget. • People Leadership – lead and coach a high‑performing team; motivate, develop, and maximize contributions; share knowledge and collaborate to solve problems. • Relationship Management – work closely with project teams, executives, stakeholders and business partners to develop and implement application programs; advise owners on technology implementation possibilities and requirements.

What you need to know • The company is committed to creating an inclusive environment where all team members and clients feel they belong. To successfully perform the work, you’ll be on‑site full‑time.

You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement, spending 1‑3 days per week on‑site while other days are remote. Who you are • Demonstrable 10‑year experience in delivery with a strong technical background, responsible for meeting business needs of various units.
