This role is responsible for helping define, package, operationalize, and evolve Logical’s products in partnership with Sales, Product, Operations, and Executive Leadership teams.
The Director of Product Operations, Technology & AI Transformation at Logical Media Group plays a critical role in driving product evolution, commercialization efforts, and operational alignment across the organization.
This position is responsible for creating and implementing processes, best practices, operational frameworks, and AI-forward strategies that align with market demand, Logical’s digital marketing service offerings, and the agency’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), while ensuring products remain competitive, scalable, and commercially effective.
The Director will ensure products are easier to sell, easier to deliver, differentiated in market, operationally aligned, and tied directly to revenue growth and client success.
Product Competitiveness, Commercialization & Economic Analysis Develop and execute strategies for evaluating, refining, packaging, and commercializing Logical’s digital marketing products and service offerings.
Conduct economic analysis across products and operational systems to assess profitability, scalability, pricing effectiveness, retention impact, delivery efficiency, and market competitiveness.
