The Experience Senior Sales Professional, Data and Integration, is part of the Swiss Sales team focused on driving growth of the MuleSoft and Informatica portfolio.

Partner with the broader Salesforce team, including Business Development Representatives, Solution Engineers, Professional Services, and partners, to deliver the full value of the Salesforce platform.

It also applies to recruiting, hiring, job assignment, compensation, promotion, benefits, training, assessment of job performance, discipline, termination, and everything in between.

The same goes for compensation, benefits, promotions, transfers, reduction in workforce, recall, training, and education. #J-18808-Ljbffr In this role, you will own the full sales cycle across enterprise accounts - identifying new customers, building pipeline, and expanding existing business relationships.

What You'll Actually Be Doing Own the entire sales process, driving new business development with a strong focus on net new customer acquisition and consistent delivery against key performance metrics.

Build and execute a go-to-market strategy by conducting detailed customer discovery, developing qualified target account lists, and generating pipeline through customer engagements, marketing campaigns, and market intelligence.

Engage with current and prospective organisations to position MuleSoft and Informatica solutions through strategic, value-based selling - including business case definition and return on investment analysis.

You have proven experience selling enterprise software solutions, with a consistent track record of overachievement against new business targets. You are fluent in German and English and can build trusted, long-term customer relationships.

You are highly organised, with the ability to manage accurate monthly forecasting and a healthy pipeline simultaneously. Even Better If... You have direct experience selling integration, Application Programming Interface (API), or data platform solutions.

You are familiar with the broader Salesforce ecosystem and understand how MuleSoft and Informatica complement the Salesforce platform.
