Serve as the senior Germany representative for JPMorganChase Personal Investing, providing visible local leadership and acting as a trusted counterpart to internal and external stakeholders across Germany and Europe.
Own commercial performance including customer acquisition, Assets under Management (AuM), trading activity, revenue, cost discipline, and profitability; establish pricing, unit economics, and monetisation strategy, grounded in strong understanding of brokerage/wealth P&L drivers.
Drive scalable growth in the mass affluent segment, balancing rapid acquisition with service quality, operational resilience, and disciplined execution.
