This pivotal role can be two folds, a) be the key driver of client retention or b) focus on new business growth, both focusing on expanding Orange Business’s footprint through strategic relationship management and proactive business development.

Act as the primary point of contact for existing key clients, nurturing relationships to maximize satisfaction, retention, and growth opportunities. Develop and execute strategic account plans to identify and pursue upselling and cross‑selling opportunities within existing accounts.

Establish and maintain a structured governance relationship with clients to secure long‑term partnerships. Program manage contract execution, ensuring obligations are met and client value is maximized. Drive P&L performance optimization throughout the client lifecycle, ensuring profitable growth.

Regularly review client performance metrics and market trends to identify areas for growth and innovation. Hunt for new clients and market segments, leveraging industry insights and networking to generate new business leads. Identify and pursue new revenue streams through proactive prospecting and tailored solutions.

Lead negotiations and closing of new deals, ensuring alignment with company objectives and client expectations. Maintain a strong understanding of market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning.

About You You bring over ten years of client‑facing experience in IT services or related fields, with a proven track record in managing top‑tier accounts, developing existing client relationships, and successfully hunting for new business opportunities.

Your strategic mindset, combined with your ability to build trust and influence at senior levels, makes you a natural business developer and trusted advisor. Your Professional Skills Proven ability to develop and grow existing accounts through strategic planning and relationship management.

Strong prospecting skills with a track record of acquiring new clients and market segments. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market insights for strategic decision‑making. Ability to craft tailored solutions that meet client needs and drive revenue growth.

Cross‑functional collaboration skills to align internal resources with client objectives. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging senior stakeholders. Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities. Resilient and adaptable in a dynamic, competitive environment.
