As a key member of the German Leadership Team, you will play an instrumental role in shaping business strategy, leading high-performing teams, and delivering sustainable growth in an evolving healthcare landscape.

Working closely with the Country Director and cross-functional leadership teams, you will define and execute commercial strategies that strengthen market position, unlock new growth opportunities, and maximize the value of our Specialty Brands portfolio.

You will lead teams across Marketing, Commercial Excellence, and Sales, creating an environment where innovation, collaboration, and performance thrive.
