Product & Growth Initiatives: Build a deep understanding of HighLevel's products, customers, and revenue drivers. Identify opportunities across new revenue streams, adoption and expansion. Drive clarity, accountability, and execution across complex initiatives. Influence stakeholders and facilitate decision-making across multiple functions.
Strategic Execution: Own high-priority initiatives from ideation through execution. Establish operating rhythms, success metrics, and tracking mechanisms. Monitor outcomes, identify risks, and course-correct when necessary.
