Our full list of tailored local benefits can be found below. /p pBenefits in Visp: /p h3What You Will Do /h3 ul liProvide functional leadership for the QA Logistics team, including workload prioritization, coaching, mentoring, and escalation support for team members /li liLead QA oversight for site logistics, warehousing, cold chain, utilities, and infrastructure activities, ensuring compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements /li liServe as the primary Quality representative and escalation point for quality, compliance, and operational risks within the area of responsibility /li liOversee the management of deviations, CAPAs, change controls, investigations, and risk assessments, ensuring timely and compliant execution /li liDrive implementation and sustainability of global and site quality standards, procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives /liliRepresent the QA Logistics function in cross-functional forums, projects, audits, inspections, and operational governance meetings /li liEnsure inspection readiness through effective quality oversight, risk management, and promotion of Right First Time principles across the organization /li liFoster a strong quality culture and support the professional development of team members while building effective partnerships with internal stakeholders. /li /ul h3What we are looking for /h3 ul liAcademic degree or equivalent experience in Pharma/ Supply Chain/ Quality or related field /li liSignificant QA background combined with experience in logistics, warehousing, supply chain, or cold chain operations is required /li liProven ability to lead, coach, and support team members while driving accountability and collaboration /li liSolid understanding of GMP requirements, quality systems, and risk-based decision making /li liExcellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build relationships across functions /li liStrong communication and problem-solving skills, with confidence to represent Quality in complex discussions /li liTeam-oriented mindset with a focus on partnership, continuous improvement, and developing others /li liCommitment to quality, compliance, and fostering a strong Right First Time culture /li liEnglish (business fluent) required; German - an advantage. /li /ul h3About Lonza /h3 pAt Lonza, our people are our greatest strength.
