What you will get: • An agile career path and a dynamic work culture • An inclusive and ethical working environment • Compensation programs that recognize high performance • A wide range of benefits, depending on role and location • In addition to a competitive salary, you can expect numerous lifestyle, family, and leisure benefits. • You can find the full list of local benefits below: What you will do: • Lead and develop a multidisciplinary manufacturing organization consisting of Managers, Specialists and Bioprocess Engineers. • Ensure the execution of all production campaigns within your respective production lines in compliance with safety, quality, and environmental protection guidelines • Take responsibility for all personnel-related matters, including qualification, development, coaching, recruitment, compensation, and disciplinary issues • Serve as a member of the Manufacturing Leadership Team IBEX • Act as the subject matter expert and key contact for all questions related to production planning (S&OP process), technical evaluations, and feasibility studies • Ensure and continuously improve regular performance and results monitoring through weekly reports, dashboards, Hoshin boards, and other reporting tools • Lead or participate in CAPEX projects What we are looking for: • Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related field • At least 5 years of professional experience in chemical or biotechnology manufacturing, preferably in leadership roles, MSAT, Engineering, or similar functions • Comprehensive GMP knowledge • Clear and persuasive communication skills in English, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders across the organization • Good understanding of finance and HR processes and related topics About Lonza At Lonza, our people are our greatest strength.

In this role, you will support the growth of the Bioconjugates business by leading a new production lines for commercial production. This is a fully site-based role. Working together in person supports close, real-time collaboration and the technical precision needed to manufacture medicines to the highest quality and safety standards.
