Overview The Global Market Access team provides commercialization strategy and reimbursement services to pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, and diagnostics companies. We work across pre-commercialization marketing strategies, launch pricing, and access strategies in major and emerging global markets.
Responsibilities Track record of success developing, leading, and delivering global pricing and access/reimbursement projects (EU, APAC, LATAM) with expertise on HTA frameworks, pricing & reimbursement archetypes, and national/regional mechanisms.
Support development and review of project deliverables to ensure proper framing of strategic issues and that materials meet or exceed client standards. Actively support business development and project sales cycle. Manage and develop staff, including performance management.
Create corporate- and product-level commercialization strategies for technologies in early stages of product development. Lead qualitative/quantitative research with payers and HCPs, support materials, and facilitate discussions. Develop payer strategy including value proposition, global payer archetypes, and evidence generation expectations.
Conduct pricing studies for new products, determine pricing & reimbursement potential, list-to-net pricing dynamics, contracting considerations. Perform market landscape assessments of clients' technologies and competitors, evaluating clinical literatu
