Responsibilities
• Provide vision and oversight for the Global EHS auditing program
• Identify key risks and plan audits accordingly to address those risks
• Plan, manage, execute, and report audit results
• Responsible for the oversight and execution of Global EHS documents in the document management system (Veeva)
• Develop and implement global EHS training that aligns with programs/procedures
• Summarize and report compliance status, strengths and priority issues, and recommendations for management
• Think strategically and ensure deliverables are aligned with broader organization
• Lead and/or participate on cross functional teams to represent EHS objectives
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree (EHS related, Engineering) plus 10+ years of EHS related experience or Master’s Degree (EHS related, Engineering) plus 8-10 years of EHS related experience
• EHS professional certification is preferred.
• Experience with EHS management systems
• Experience with analytical tools and techniques to detect compliance risk
• Proven experience collaborating to drive solutions which are compliant, and value added
