Interest in exploring AI systems and a willingness to develop awareness of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use.EducationBachelor’s degree preferred, preferably in business, economics, finance, marketing, or a related fieldResponsibilitiesManage strategic automotive customer relationships to drive value realization, retention, adoption, and expansion opportunities.Own and strategically manage a concentrated portfolio of primarily strategic automotive customers, with accountability for customer satisfaction, retention support, long-term value realization, relationship health, and identification of insights that may inform growth opportunitiesOperate as the first point of contact for the customer post-sales, serving as a trusted escalation point and strategic advisor for client stakeholders across global account structuresPartner closely with Sales, Business Development, Product, Delivery and other internal teams to define and own account strategies, success plans, and engagement models aligned to customer goals, value realization, and market opportunitiesDevelop a deep understanding of automotive client workflows, including supply chain, quality, risk, compliance, artificial intelligence, and data-driven decisioning use cases, to provide relevant and high-impact guidance on solutionsProactively assess customer health, adoption, and engagement, identifying risks early and driving structured action plans to address challenges and support successful outcomesUse a strong investigator mindset to deep dive into client workflows, uncover unarticulated pain points, and translate insights into actionable success plans, account team strategy, and Sales-led commercial conversationsCreate and lead strategic business reviews and structured engagement forums, aligning on use cases, outcomes, measures of success, and areas where solutions can support clients facing supply chain disruption, quality issues, and geopolitical pressureDrive enablement and education for client users and stakeholder groups by identifying knowledge gaps and coordinating targeted training, workshops, or product updates as neededMaintain high-quality account documentation, activity tracking, and insight sharing through consistent reporting and collaboration toolsTravel at least 25%, primarily within Europe, to support meaningful in-person engagement with strategic customers, including visits to key customer locations where commercially relevantAbout the TeamOur Customer Engagement team is responsible for driving purposeful, value-based interactions with clients, helping them recognize value and confidence in our solutions while supporting retention, satisfaction, and long-term partnership.

Skills and CompetenciesSignificant experience in client-facing relationship management, customer success, sales, business development, consulting, software as a service, data, analytics, regulatory, financial services, automotive, or adjacent environmentsIndustry familiarity with automotive or an adjacent sector is strongly preferred, particularly experience related to supply chain, quality, risk, compliance, data, or client-facing advisory workflowsProven ability to operate as a trusted consultant and strategic advisor, while remaining hands-on and comfortable engaging deeply with data, tools, Excel analysis, and client workflowsDemonstrated track record of managing complex, high-value strategic customer relationships with senior stakeholders across large, multi-entity organizationsStrong problem-solving and investigative mindset, with the ability to ask effective curiosity questions, understand client alternatives and processes, and identify unarticulated needsCommercial awareness and appetite for relationship building, including confidence asking for introductions to new contacts, leveraging existing relationships, identifying opportunity signals, and sharing relevant customer insight to support partnership and growth discussions led by SalesStrong analytical skills, including a high level of comfort working with Excel and customer usage or engagement data to uncover insights and support strategic decision-makingDemonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts, with hands-on experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
Proven ability to implement AI-powered solutions to solve business challenges.
Demonstrates a growing awareness of AI risk management and a commitment to responsible and ethical AI use.Fluent German and English is required, with French or Swedish also beneficial given the customer portfolioBasic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency.
