As a new member of the Revolution Medicines team, you will join other outstanding professionals in a tireless commitment to patients with cancers harboring mutations in the RAS signaling pathway. /p h3The Opportunity /h3 pAs part of our growing Midsized Markets organization, we are seeking a strategic and hands‑on Regional Congresses Events Associate Director reporting to the VP, General Manager Midsized Markets.

This role is critical in shaping and delivering RevMed’s presence at key international and national congresses, as well as leading the strategy and execution of internal events across the Midsized Markets.

The successful candidate will bring deep expertise in congress strategy and execution, strong project management capabilities, and a proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑impact, compliant, and differentiated congress and event experiences aligned with RevMed’s goals. /p h3Required Skills, Experience and Education /h3 ul liLead the strategic planning and end‑to‑end execution of the congress and events plan in Midsized Markets, ensuring alignment with RevMed’s portfolio priorities and regional objectives. /li liOwn the full lifecycle of national congresses, from annual planning through execution and post‑event evaluation. /li liOwn the full lifecycle of local external and internal events such as cycle meetings, from annual planning through execution and post‑event evaluation. /li liServe as the primary point of contact for all congress‑related activities in Midsized Markets, partnering closely with cross‑functional stakeholders (Medical, Commercial, Market Access, Compliance, etc.) to drive alignment, define objectives, and deliver high‑impact engagements. /li liLead cross‑functional planning forums, establishing clear timelines, milestones, and communication frameworks to ensure seamless execution. /li liSupport medical in their coordination of symposia and investigator events in Midsized Markets in terms of logistics. /li liDirect all aspects of congress delivery, including exhibit strategy and execution, agency and vendor management, booth experience, attendee engagement, and on‑site operations. /li liOversee logistics planning, including registration systems, accommodation, hospitality, and venue partnerships. /li liDevelop and manage congress budgets, ensuring accurate forecasting, financial discipline, and cost optimization while maximizing event impact. /li liIdentify and implement innovative, sustainable, and scalable solutions to enhance congress presence and engagement. /li liIntegrate congress strategies into broader omnichannel engagement plans to ensure consistent and impactful stakeholder experiences across touchpoints. /li liLead vendor and agency partnerships, including selection, scope definition, performance management, and continuous process improvement. /li liSupport booth staffing, internal training materials, and on‑site coordination (virtual or physical). /li liDrive post‑congress activities, including cross‑functional debriefs, performance tracking (e.g., engagement metrics, qualitative feedback), and identification of insights to inform future strategies. /li liEnsure all congress and event activities are executed in full compliance with RevMed policies, applicable industry codes, and legal/regulatory requirements. /li liLead planning and execution of internal events, including coordination of internal attendees across the congress calendar and alignment with organizational priorities. /li liPartner with logistics providers to manage end‑to‑end event operations, including travel, accommodation, and on‑site execution. /li liOversee development and delivery of event materials, delegate kits, and on‑site support plans to ensure a high‑quality participant experience. /li liChampion RevMed’s core values in all aspects of congress and event delivery. /li liManage the development of internal congress guides, briefing documents, and post‑congress summary reports. /li liEnsure timely tracking of congress deliverables, budget tracking, and issue resolution. /li liManage documentation related to vendor contracts, content approvals, and HCP interactions. /li liSupport transparency reporting requirements related to scientific meetings and congresses. /li /ul h3Preferred Skills /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Life Sciences, or a related field; advanced degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience. /li liSignificant experience leading end‑to‑end planning and execution of congresses and large‑scale events within the biotech industry. /li liStrong knowledge of global healthcare compliance frameworks and their application to congress and event activities. /li liProven ability to lead complex projects across multiple stakeholders, managing competing priorities and timelines with strong attention to detail. /li liExperience managing external vendors and agencies, including contract negotiation, scope definition, and performance oversight. /li liExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English; German and French are a plus. /li liWillingness and ability to travel internationally to support congresses and events, as required. /li /ul pRevolution Medicines takes protection and security of personal data very seriously and respects your right to privacy while using our website and when contacting us by email or phone. ppRevolution Medicines is a late-stage clinical oncology company developing novel targeted therapies for patients with RAS-addicted cancers.

The company's RAS(ON) inhibitors daraxonrasib (RMC-6236), a RAS(ON) multi-selective inhibitor; elironrasib (RMC-6291), a RAS(ON) G12C-selective inhibitor; zoldonrasib (RMC-9805), a RAS(ON) G12D-selective inhibitor; and RMC-5127, a RAS(ON) G12V-selective inhibitor, are currently in clinical development.

The role connects strategic priorities with flawless execution, working in close partnership with Regional and Global Events, Marketing, Medical, and cross‑functional stakeholders, as well as external vendors and Midsized Markets affiliates.
