• Contribute to strategic practice areas like event strategy, lifecycle communications, and UX design.
• Execute against shared frameworks and take deeper ownership of a practice area over time.
• Surface cross-portfolio observations and bring market trends into partner work.
Partner Engagement & Discovery:
• Develop familiarity with assigned university partners and their programs.
• Serve as a consistent second voice in partner relationships and participate in discovery engagements.
• Contribute to strategy sessions and deliver presentations that articulate strategy.
