C² CONCERTS GmbH (C²) organizes approximately 400 concerts and events annually across a wide range of genres in the Stuttgart region and throughout Germany, ranging from small clubs to arenas and outdoor events. As a tour promoter and producer of family musical operating throughout Europe, C² CONCERTS is continuously expanding and offers event services as a full‑service agency. C² CONCERTS also organizes the Kessel Festival, which takes place annually at the Cannstatter Wasen.

Responsibilities

• Direct and in-depth insights into all aspects of a theater and musical production
• Collaboration on children’s theater productions performed at established venues across Germany
• Close involvement in the artistic process and real responsibility in day‑to‑day work
• Small team, short lines of communication, and direct collaboration
• Flexible work schedules (approx. 20 hours/week, adjustable seasonally)
• More work in the winter—but more flexibility during quieter months
