You will work closely with the Commercial Director as well as cross-functional teams such as Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access and external agencies, acting as a bridge between global strategy and local execution.
To further strengthen the German commercial organization based in the Munich area, we are supporting the search for an experienced Ass. Director Brand Management - Gastroenterology – German speaking (Ref. 2744) In this role, you will play a key part in shaping and executing the brand and go-to-market strategy for the German market.
Develop and implement the local brand and marketing strategy in alignment with global guidance Own the end-to-end brand planning process, including timelines, budgets and resource allocation Design and execute integrated, multi-channel marketing initiatives across digital and non-personal channels Collaborate closely with Sales, Medical, Market Access and other functions to support launch and growth activities Manage and coordinate external agencies while monitoring campaign effectiveness using relevant KPIs Analyze market, customer and competitive insights to continuously optimize promotional activities Ensure all marketing initiatives comply with regulatory, legal and compliance standards Your profile Several years of experience in pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical marketing , ideally in a strategic brand role Proven track record in developing and executing successful go-to-market and launch strategies Strong strategic, analytical and execution skills with a hands‑on mindset Experience working in cross‑functional, matrix‑driven environments and with external partners Solid understanding of digital and non‑personal promotion approaches and performance measurement Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills High level of ownership, entrepreneurial thinking and comfort in dynamic, fast‑evolving environments German and English fluent knowledge Carmen Aczél is looking forward to receiving your application documents via our job portal (CV, diploma, reference letters; no motivational letter necessary).
