What will you do? • You are responsible for designing and executing sales strategies to achieve growth targets in the area; • You will assess our area sales productivity and identify priorities and actions to achieve sales targets of the organization to help drive our performance driven culture; • You will help local sales teams to attain sales effectiveness through close collaboration with internal stakeholders (including Country Managers and Sales Managers), enforcing and strengthening the use of ongoing evaluations and an optimal use of our sales system Sales Force.
