onsemi is looking for an experienced leader to join the SiC Product Division as an Applications Engineer Director.
This is a highly visible role and includes up to 10 percent travel to support customers worldwide. Collaborate with customers on complex power semiconductor challenges and build long‑term technical relationships. Ensure customer applications and real‑world use cases are embedded into product architecture and requirements.
Collaborate with Product Management on roadmap, specifications, and value proposition quantification. Oversee the creation of reference designs, validation environments, and application examples. Make key technical decisions, manage risks, and ensure performance, quality, cost, and timeline
