What you will be doing: Overall responsibility for Process & Yield Engineering and New Product / Technology Transfer, including leadership and resource management Define and execute the engineering strategy in alignment with site and corporate objectives Drive the strategic advancement of manufacturing technologies (200 mm / 300 mm) to ensure competitiveness and future readiness Oversee engineering KPIs and continuously improve processes using Lean, SPC, DOE, and DfX methodologies Lead the introduction of new products and technologies and ensure successful technology transfers and ramp-ups Collaborate closely with R&D to integrate new technologies and enhance manufacturing processes Ensure quality and compliance (IATF, VDA, ISO) and lead customer audits Own budget, investments, and cost optimization initiatives Develop and lead a high-performing engineering organization What you will bring along: Master’s or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or related field 10+ years of leadership experience in semiconductor wafer fabrication (200 mm and 300 mm) Experience in process engineering, yield improvement, and new product introduction Strong knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing Demonstrated success in leading large engineering teams and managing complex projects Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders Fluent in English and German language What we offer : Vishay offers a comprehensive suite of benefit programs including health care coverage, financial support programs and other resources designed to help you achieve your personal and professional goals.
