Candidate Profile Education and experience * University degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or equivalent discipline. * Proven experience of at least 15 to 20 years in financial and administrative management roles within multi-company environments in Switzerland. * Solid experience in team management and supporting operational leaders. * Excellent knowledge of accounting, tax, financial, and regulatory principles applicable in Switzerland. * Proven experience in managing strategic projects, organisational transformation, or performance improvement. * Experience in implementing, evolving, and optimising management, reporting, and decision-making tools.
Leadership and cross-functional management * Recognised leadership enabling mobilisation of teams around common goals and fostering a culture of accountability, trust, and performance. * Ability to unite diverse profiles, develop talent, and support change. * Ability to constructively challenge management teams and promote a culture of management discipline and continuous improvement. * Strong influence skills and ease in matrix or complex environments requiring close collaboration between different functions. * Managerial courage, ability to make decisions and enforce organisational priorities and commitments.

Administrative & Financial Director Our client is a multi-activity Swiss Romand group recognised for the quality of its services, its closeness to its clients, and its ability to evolve in a constantly changing environment.
Present through several complementary entities, the group pursues a development strategy based on innovation, operational performance, and the creation of sustainable value. The position is based in the Canton of Vaud.
Responsibilities Strategic management and support of General Management * Support General Management in the development of the various units and actively contribute to the definition and implementation of the group’s strategy. * Act as a true partner to General Management by providing a financial, economic, and operational perspective on strategic decisions, evaluating the profitability of activities, identifying value creation levers, and making recommendations aimed at sustainably improving performance, particularly in the context of development, investment, and transformation projects.
Performance management and management discipline * Prepare annual budgets, financial forecasts, and medium-term financial plans. * Develop and monitor performance indicators enabling rigorous management of the activity. * Support and challenge directors in analysing their results, monitoring their objectives, and implementing corrective action plans. * Promote a culture of responsibility, budgetary discipline, and continuous improvement at all levels of the organisation.
Financial and administrative management * Oversee all financial, accounting, and administrative functions of the group. * Ensure the reliability of financial information as well as the quality of reporting intended for General Management and governance bodies. * Ensure proactive management of liquidity, treasury, and financial flows. * Ensure proper allocation of financial resources and control of economic risks.
Governance, compliance, and risk management * Ensure compliance with tax, legal, and regulatory obligations applicable to the group’s various entities. * Ensure preparation and quality of financial documentation intended for the Board of Directors. * Oversee the group’s legal aspects. * Ensure strengthening of internal control processes.
Transformation and operational excellence * Contribute to the optimisation and automation of administrative, financial processes, and management tools. * Develop dashboards and decision-support tools to strengthen performance management. * Participate in transformation projects aimed at improving operational efficiency, process quality, and reliability of management data. * Establish and maintain a culture of execution, rigour, and commitment tracking within the organisation.
Technical and analytical skills * Ability to analyse complex financial data, draw relevant insights, and formulate strategic recommendations. * Excellent mastery of financial planning, budgeting, management control, reporting, and performance management. * Strong results orientation and ability to translate financial indicators into concrete and measurable action plans. * Proficiency with management tools and financial information systems, with particular sensitivity to automation, digitalisation, and continuous process improvement.
Strategic vision and execution capability * Ability to understand environmental changes to anticipate opportunities and risks for the organisation. * Ability to combine strategic vision and operational excellence in execution. * Ability to support General Management in defining, adapting, and implementing corporate strategy. * Experience managing cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders and ensuring their execution within objectives, deadlines, and resources. * Entrepreneurial spirit, pragmatic and solution-oriented.
