Responsible for sourcing, vetting, fostering, and closing relationships for the growth of Onslow Bay’s correspondent loan network Identifying, developing, and closing on prospective mortgage originators, brokers and loan officers Cultivating and maintaining strong business relationships with mortgage originators Obtaining required paperwork and financial statements from partners Managing pipeline effectively to ensure an easy process for partners Providing advice and assistance in structuring loans Managing escalations in support of credit and operations team Reporting business development and sales activity Maintaining in-depth knowledge of Onslow Bay’s Seller Guidelines Helping to develop and execute business plans Requirements 10+ years of experience in non‑delegated correspondent and/or wholesale 5+ years in Non‑Agency (Non‑QM) lending sales and mortgage banking experience MeridianLink LOS experience, preferred Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States Must be willing to submit to a background investigation Must be willing to work additional hours as needed to complete deadline driven projects Must be willing to travel; this role could be hybrid or remote #J-18808-Ljbffr
