Задачи:

Acquire new customers in the aerospace sector; Build and maintain long-term relationships with authorities, organizations, and companies in the aerospace industry; Identify market potential and develop tailored solutions for engineering services in safety-critical applications, such as digitalization, automation, and system integration; Manage the entire sales process from lead generation and proposal creation to closing; Collaborate closely with technical experts, project management, and compliance; Monitor market and technology trends in aerospace and analyze relevant tenders and procurement procedures; Participate in industry-specific trade fairs, events, and networking events.

Требования:

• Active network in the aerospace industry that can be strategically expanded;

• Proven success in new customer acquisition, project acquisition, and building long-term customer relationships;

• Several years of B2B sales experience in the services sector;

• Technical understanding of challenges and solutions in aerospace and avionics;

• Structured, reliable, highly motivated, target-oriented, and strong at closing;

• Strong knowledge of industry structures and decision-makers from specialist departments to C-level;

• Professional and confident communication at all levels;

• Fluent German (C1);

• Fluent English (C1);

• Willingness to travel regularly for customer meetings, trade fairs, and industry events.
