What you’ll do: • Win mid-market accounts in Europe (deal size €25-40k, 100-2,000 FTE) • Own your territory end-to‑end: from cold outreach to C-level close and long-term account growth • Drive deals at trade shows, fairs, and industry meetups • Collaborate with BDR, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to accelerate your pipeline What you bring: • 2+ years of experience as an Account Executive in a complex B2B SaaS environment • Excelled in your numbers and consistently ranked at the top of your team in a fast-paced startup environment (ideally Series A to C) • Picked up the phone and built pipeline from zero • Closed deals at €15-20k, (ideally in traditional industries like manufacturing, logistics, construction, trade) • Take ownership, are coachable and value feedback • Actively worked with MEDDPICC or similar • Fluent in German and English What we offer: • Salary: €120-160k OTE • An environment where you can achieve 150% target attainment and beyond • Career development (Sr./ Enterprise/ Leadership) opportunities in one Europe’s fastest growing startups • A high performance culture where every department delivers excellence • A market that is unsaturated and largely undigitized (still running on paper and Excel), which presents a great opportunity to win and lead the market • Direct mentorship from our Co-founder & CEO, Henric Meinhardt and Nicolas Pabst von Ohain (Head of Sales) • Regular feedback sessions with experienced mentors like Johann Butting (Vice President of Slack) • Perks: • Team offsites - our last two were in Mallorca and Italy.

Our agents turn paper delivery notes, fragmented invoices and offline supplier decisions into structured, real-time data and live decisions, embedded inside the largest contractors in Europe and the US. To accelerate this journey, we secured a €12.5M seed financing round from 20VC and Google Ventures , along with top European investors.
