Overview In this role you will drive sustainable performance improvements for the Implant OpCo through the Envista Business System (EBS). You will act as the EBS expert and change agent, guiding leaders and cross-functional teams to deploy standard work and kaizen-driven solutions. You will champion the EBS roadmap, coach across the organization, and ensure successful execution of PD/DM improvements. This position offers a strategic, high-impact opportunity to shape operational excellence within a global medical/dental business.

Verantwortungsbereiche Lead EBS-driven improvements aligned with Policy Deployment and Daily Management Serve as the EBS thought leader to enable achievement of Strategic Plan objectives Champion the EBS roadmap and drive sustainable results through tool usage Facilitate kaizen events, ensuring Plan-Do-Check-Sustain execution Diagnose workflow impediments and apply EBS tools to eliminate waste Achieve EBS tool certification and promote kaizen leadership development Partner with EBSO and other EBSLs to benchmark and share best practices Coach leaders to foster an EBS culture and cross-functional collaboration Zentrale Anforderungen Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or relevant field 7+ years of experience in leading continuous improvement across functions Extensive experience with EBS or Lean for cross-functional improvements Willingness to travel ~40% domestically
