Working closely with the Managing Director and business leaders across the organization, you will lead strategic initiatives that improve operational performance, strengthen competitiveness, and create measurable business impact.

This role combines leadership, transformation, continuous improvement, and digital innovation with a clear focus on sustainable results across the entire value chain.YOUR TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIESStrategic Leadership – Lean & Digital ManagementLead and develop the Lean & Digital Management team, providing both disciplinary and functional leadershipDevelop, implement, and continuously advance the company-wide Lean and Digital Transformation strategyDrive continuous improvement across all business processes throughout the entire value chainManage and prioritize the Lean and Digital transformation portfolio, ensuring effective execution and achievement of strategic objectivesIdentify and realize strategic improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency, quality, productivity, and customer satisfactionDefine, implement, and monitor relevant KPIs to measure and sustain the effectiveness of

improvement initiativesLean ExcellenceLead the implementation, standardization, and continuous development of modern Lean methodologies, including Gemba, 5S, Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, SMED, TPM, and Shopfloor ManagementDrive cross-functional Continuous Improvement (CIP) initiatives and transformation programsFoster a sustainable Lean culture through training, coaching, and structured change management activitiesSupport and advise leaders in applying Lean principles and driving continuous improvement within their areas of responsibilityEnsure effective knowledge sharing and the adoption of best practices across the organizationDigitalization & InnovationDevelop and execute a company-wide roadmap for process digitalizationIdentify, evaluate, and implement digital technologies and solutions that improve operational efficiency and business performanceCollaborate closely with IT,

Operations, Logistics, Sales, and Corporate Functions to deliver digital solutions across the organizationLead digital transformation initiatives from concept development through successful implementation and adoptionLeverage data analytics and Business Intelligence solutions to support data-driven decision-makingMonitor emerging technologies and industry trends and translate them into actionable recommendations for the businessWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORUniversity degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, Economics, or a comparable qualificationSeveral years of relevant professional experience in Lean Management, Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Digital Transformation, or a related fieldProven leadership experience, including both disciplinary and functional management of teamsStrong expertise in project management, process
