We are supporting a fast-growing, investor-backed technology and industrial focused company headquartered in Germany in hiring a Portfolio Manager / Director level professional. The role will focus on portfolio management, operational integration and value creation, working closely with the investment/leadership team and management teams across the company's portfolio.
Key responsibilities:Drive post-acquisition integration and operational improvement initiativesWork closely with management teams to implement value-creation plansCoordinate initiatives across finance, operations and leadershipMonitor portfolio company performance and identify improvement opportunitiesLead PMI, transformation and other strategic projectsIdeal background:5–10+ years of experience in portfolio operations, value creation, PMI, strategy & transformation, or consultingHands-on experience working with operating companiesStrong project and stakeholder management skillsFluent German and EnglishFlexible on seniority depending on relevant experience
