About the role:Retail Media and Marketplace are two of Redcare Pharmacy's fastest-growing and most strategically important domains - and this is your opportunity to shape how they evolve together. Leading an engineering organisation of around 40 engineers across 5-7 teams, you will decide where these two distinct platforms should converge to create a seamless experience for brands and sellers, and where they should remain separate to perform at their best.

This is ahigh-visibility leadership rolewhere your decisions will directly influence our customer experience and commercial growth. Reporting to our Executive Director of Engineering / VP of Engineering, you will lead through two Engineering Managers and partner closely with Product and Commercial leadership to turn engineering strategy into measurable business outcomes.
