MK Search are currently working with a well established MEP contractor with a strong presence across the pharma, data centre and mission critical sectors delivering high value technical engineering projects in partnership with leading main contractors. Due to continued expansion and a strong pipeline of secured and upcoming projects, the business is looking to appoint an experienced MEP Operations Director/Country manager to oversee the successful delivery of multiple hyperscale data centre developments in their German Business unit. Reporting to the CEO, you will take responsibility for the operational performance of multiple large-scale projects across Europe, leading high-performing delivery teams and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, and within budget. The business has established itself as a leading specialist within the data centre market and continues to secure work with some of the industry's most recognisable clients.

Key ResponsibilitiesProvide strategic leadership across multiple mission-critical projects throughout EuropeOversee projects from pre-construction and design development through to commissioning and handoverDrive operational excellence across programme delivery, commercial performance, quality, and health & safetyLead and mentor Project Directors, MEP Leads, Senior Project Managers, and wider project teamsBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and key stakeholdersIdentify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful deliverySupport business growth initiatives and contribute to long-term operational planningEnsure consistency of delivery standards across all projects and regionsMonitor project performance, resource allocation, and overall business objectivesCandidate RequirementsStrong MEP background with a proven track
