Currently, we are looking for a Site Director who will be responsible for overseeing all daily operations of a medium-sized Littelfuse Semiconductor manufacturing facility in Lampertheim, Germany. Keeping production at maximum capacity while working within financial controls and developing initiatives to support business growth, with the support of Senior Management. Ensuring all required quality and regulatory standards are met. Developing processes for maximizing safety, quality, productivity, and stewardship.

About the job:Partner with Senior Leadership to create production manufacturing plans within the plantManage the complex relationship between tactical deliverables for current performance and developing strategic initiatives for continuous growth/improvementFull P&L responsibility and alignment with the financial controller to identify opportunities and improve the financial performance of the Lampertheim fabResponsible for the morale and culture development within the facility, while aligning with the other sites within the organizationSupport R&D, Project Management, New Product Development, Quality Improvement, Lean and Supply Chain efforts to ensure continuity and growth of businessResponsible for EH&S initiatives and the safety of personnelDevelop processes for maximizing safety, quality, productivity, efficiencies, and cost-improvement initiativesEvaluate staff levels for current

and future requirements and identify training and development requirementsAssess issues and develop resolutions to meet objectives/goals and ensure that the team maintains proper controls and measuresContinually assess the team and individual performance and develops/coaches individuals and the team to meet performance and behavior objectivesAbout you:Bachelor's or university degree10+ years of manufacturing experience, 5+ years experience with fab operationsManagement experience of teams greater than 300 indirect reportsStrong background in team and individual developmentDeep knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing practicesAdvanced knowledge of MS OfficeStrong analytical skillsStrong communication skillsHigh attention to detailFluency in the English language#LI-RKAt Littelfuse, we support employee growth and development.
