Overview As Director, Cardiac Surgery – Worldwide Indirect, you lead the global indirect cardiac program strategy and ecosystem, partnering with distributors and regional teams to scale cardiac programs. You translate global visions into local capabilities, expanding Centers of Excellence and ICILs, while driving collaboration among cross-functional groups and key opinion leaders. This role offers impact on patient outcomes and sustainable growth across markets, with a strong emphasis on leadership and strategic execution.

Verantwortungsbereiche Develop and execute the Worldwide Indirect cardiac strategy with Global Distribution leadership Identify and cultivate relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, society leaders, and influential institutions Establish and expand Centers of Excellence and ICILs Collaborate with Global Distribution Directors and distributor leadership to support market development Educate and coach distributors on cardiac program development and ecosystem readiness Foster collaboration among global cardiac thought leaders and promote cross-country knowledge sharing Coordinate with Global Programs, Marketing, Clinical Affairs, Professional Education, and Product Management Support Voice of Customer activities and provide feedback to product development teams Represent Intuitive as a speaker and subject matter expert at conferences and customer events Zentrale Anforderungen Bachelor’s

degree in science, business, or related field; 15+ years in medical devices; 4+ years international commercial leadership incl.
