Plan, create, publish, and maintain digital content that engages audiences and supports brand and marketing goals. This role involves managing website content, producing materials for digital channels, and working with teams to keep content accurate, relevant, and consistent. You will also monitor performance and use insights to improve content effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and edit website copy, blog posts, landing pages, email campaigns, and social media content.
• Publish and maintain content using a content management system.
• Manage content calendars and coordinate production, reviews, and approvals.
• Apply search engine optimization (SEO) and accessibility best practices.
• Collaborate with designers, marketing teams, and subject matter experts to produce text, visual, and video content.
• Monitor website traffic, audience engagement, and conversions to recommend improvements.
• Audit existing content and update outdated information, broken links, and inconsistent messaging.
• Ensure content follows brand guidelines and editorial standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in web content management, digital content production, or content marketing is preferred.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and storytelling skills.
• Familiarity with content management systems such as WordPress.
• Working knowledge of SEO, web analytics, and digital marketing.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS, graphic design, or video editing is an advantage.
• A portfolio demonstrating relevant content work is preferred.
