The Opportunity

The firm is seeking to appoint a Director to take a leading role in M&A transaction execution and business development. This is a senior appointment carrying genuine deal responsibility and direct client exposure from day one.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead M&A transactions from origination through to execution and completion
• Manage senior client relationships, including regular board and shareholder-level engagement
• Contribute directly to the firm's business development and pipeline growth
• Oversee and develop junior team members on live mandates

Candidate Profile

• 8+ years of experience in investment banking, M&A, or related transaction advisory
• Demonstrated ability to lead transaction execution independently and manage senior client relationships
• Native or near-native German and fluent English required
• Suited to a candidate who thrives with direct ownership and a leaner operating structure than a large-platform environment
