We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to drive our photovoltaic mounting‑system business across Europe. You will own end‑to‑end regional sales, build core customer relationships, deliver annual revenue targets and shape our local go‑to‑market strategy. Team building will be implemented gradually as business grows.

Key Responsibilities

• ‑ Own European market development & new customer acquisition, achieve regional annual sales targets
• ‑ Develop and execute regional sales strategies to expand market share and build key‑account portfolio
• ‑ Monitor PV market trends, policies and competitors, adjust sales strategies accordingly
• ‑ Optimize sales performance based on market insights and business data

Requirements

• ‑ Bachelor’s degree or above, Engineering / Marketing / New‑Energy related majors preferred
• ‑ 8+ years B2B industrial sales experience, proven track record in regional expansion & key account management
• ‑ Business‑fluent English, able to conduct negotiations and bidding with European clients independently
• ‑ Solid knowledge of overseas engineering project business and risks, strong cross‑cultural communication skills
• ‑ Prior experience in PV mounting, module, energy‑storage or power‑engineering industry; existing European EPC / developer resources are highly preferred
