Tasks / What you'll be doing Own and drive the company's revenue strategy across outbound sales, GTM, account management, and RevOps. Lead and coach sales & GTM, account management, and RevOps to build a world‑class commercial motion.

Collaborate closely with Product and Marketing to align the full funnel and ensure the PLG/MLG and sales & account management motions work together seamlessly. Establish a data‑driven revenue culture: own forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue reporting.

Who you'll work with You will work directly with the CEO and have a seat at the management table. You will partner closely with Product, Marketing, and Finance to align the company's commercial strategy across the board.

Requirements / What we're looking for Proven VP‑level sales leadership in a B2B SaaS company – you have owned revenue numbers and delivered results. Outbound motion builder – you have built or significantly scaled an outbound sales function, ideally in a PLG/inbound‑first company transitioning to a hybrid model.

Data‑driven operator – you run tight forecasting, love dashboards, and make decisions based on data, not gut alone. Builder mentality – you are excited about greenfield challenges and comfortable operating with ambiguity in a fast‑moving startup environment. Fluent in English; German is a plus but not required.

Bonus points for Experience in HR tech, recruitment software, or adjacent SaaS verticals. Experience managing or collaborating closely with a marketing function. Strong network in the European SaaS ecosystem. Collaboration: we love sharing knowledge with all colleagues and support flexible office-based work.

Growth mindset: we adapt quickly, embrace change, and continuously challenge ourselves and each other to improve. Apple hardware – the best tools for the job (MacBook). Productivity from everywhere – 104 days per year remote (post‑probation), following our hybrid policy.

Competitive salary – EUR 150,000 – 200,000 OTE, tailored to your experience level plus participation in our option program. Relocation support – assistance with paperwork, travel, and one month of furnished accommodation. This role might not be ideal if You prefer a highly structured, process‑heavy environment. You want a fully remote position.
