• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or a related field, or an equivalent professional qualificationMore than 10 years of experience leading complex, cross-functional transformation programmes or portfolios in an international environmentProven track record of delivering strategic, operational or organisational transformations with measurable business impactStrong expertise in transformation governance, portfolio management, performance management and process improvementExperience with process mining, standardisation, automation and technology-, data- or AI-enabled transformation initiatives is highly desirableDemonstrated leadership capabilities with the ability to influence, challenge and align executive stakeholders across functions and marketsStrong analytical, communication and decision-making skills, combined with excellent English proficiency and a pragmatic,
  hands-on mindset.
