My client is looking for a senior software-native product leader to join its leadership team.
You will lead 4 teams/project leads and support 10+ people.
• Building scalable operating processes for regulated AI software
• Coaching and developing junior leaders
• Partnering directly with the CEO on product strategy and organisation
• Ensuring compliance with ISO 13485, IVDR and FDA requirements
• Translating clinical needs into product decisions
What they’re looking for:
• Strong medical background, preferably in pathology / oncology
• Proven experience scaling teams in tech/software
• Experience working across medical, engineering, regulatory and commercial functions
• Fluent in English, German is a plus
• 810+ years relevant leadership and life science experience
Location:
Hamburg, Germany
You will be expected to be in the office regularly You will be reporting directly to the Founder and CEO with a role that utilises your skills in Product, Delivery and Operations leadership.
