As VP of Robotics, you'll be responsible for shaping the technical vision, scaling world-class engineering teams, and driving the development of cutting-edge robotic systems from concept through to deployment.
Key responsibilities:
• Define and execute the company's robotics strategy and technical roadmap.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across robotics software, perception, planning, controls and systems engineering.
• Build and mentor engineering leaders while creating a high-performance technical culture.
• Partner with executive leadership to align technology with product and commercial objectives.
• Drive the delivery of robust, production-ready humanoid platforms.
I'm exclusively partnering with a pioneering robotics company in Munich that's building next-generation humanoid systems and is now looking to appoint a VP of Robotics .

We're looking for someone with:
• Extensive leadership experience within robotics or autonomous systems.
• A strong technical background in areas such as robot perception, manipulation, motion planning, controls, SLAM or robot learning.
• Experience scaling engineering organisations through periods of rapid growth.AI — sorry, I mis‑typed.
