You are a senior engineering leader with strong JavaScript and TypeScript experience across frontend and backend, hands‑on enough to be credible while operating at the level of the org.
You have built and scaled engineering organisations through significant growth, including hiring and developing engineering managers and tech leads. You have led Frontend, Backend, and Reliability functions and know how to design the operating model that lets them work together at speed.
You enjoy simplifying complexity and turning ambiguous strategy into clear, executable plans. You are highly driven, accountable, and comfortable owning org‑l
