• You will oversee all manufacturing operations including production planning, capacity management, and supply chain coordination.
• You will establish and maintain robust quality assurance systems and ensure compliance with regulatory and safety requirements.
Qualifications:
• You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• You have a minimum of 15 years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience, preferably in energy or infrastructure.
• You possess expertise in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Travel and Physical Demands:
• You will travel 30-40% of the time.
• Physical demands are seldom, including stationary position, pushing/pulling, and climbing.
• You will work in a typical office environment with occasional outdoor conditions.
